01Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Lifteller strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Users must not use Lifteller to create, upload, post, request, distribute, share, transmit, promote, facilitate, or solicit any content or activity involving the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual exploitation of children.
- Sexual grooming or attempts to groom a child for sexual purposes.
- Sexual solicitation or sexual communication involving a child.
- Sextortion or threats involving sexual content concerning a child.
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
- Attempts to arrange or facilitate sexual activity involving a child.
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Lifteller does not permit users to use the platform to facilitate, encourage, solicit, distribute, or obtain CSAM or other CSAE-related content.
02Age requirement
Lifteller is an 18+ platform.
Minors are not permitted to create or maintain Lifteller accounts or use Lifteller's services.
Users must provide accurate information about their age and must not misrepresent their age to access Lifteller.
03Reporting child-safety concerns
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or other child-safety violations using the Report functionality available within Lifteller.

Reports involving potential CSAE or CSAM are treated as urgent safety matters.
04Action on CSAM and CSAE reports
When Lifteller obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE-related activity on the platform, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.
- Suspending or permanently removing accounts.
- Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.
- Escalating serious violations to appropriate authorities.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate reporting authority where required by applicable law.
Lifteller does not knowingly permit CSAM to remain available on its platform after receiving actual knowledge of it.
05Enforcement
Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension, permanent account termination, and/or referral to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Lifteller may take action based on reports, investigations, automated detection, moderation processes, or information received from trusted third parties.
06Compliance with child-safety laws
Lifteller is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, child-exploitation, and CSAM laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Where applicable law requires reporting of confirmed CSAM or other child exploitation, Lifteller will follow the applicable reporting requirements and procedures.
07In-app reporting and user feedback
Lifteller provides users with an in-app mechanism to report profiles, posts, messages, and other content or behaviour that violates our safety standards.
Users can use the in-app Report and Block features to raise concerns with Lifteller.
